Service Writer – Powersports Dealership

Join our fast-paced powersports dealership as a Service Writer, where you'll be the vital link between our customers and the service department. You’ll ensure every customer receives top-tier service while helping our technicians stay organized and efficient

Duties

• Greet customers and assess their service needs with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Schedule service appointments and manage daily service workflow
• Create detailed and accurate repair orders based on customer input and technician diagnostics
• Communicate clearly with customers about service recommendations, costs, and timelines
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and updates
• Follow up with customers regarding service progress and post-service satisfaction
• Promote additional services, accessories, and maintenance packages
• Maintain organized records of service history and customer interactions
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
